In this episode, Lauren talks about her most recent competition, NAM Virginia, and gives a run down of her weekend. As she walks you through the required competitions for the state level, she will share some tips and tricks she used over pageant weekend. Since the pageant, we have a lot of catching up to do! Finally, she will go over her whereabouts since getting crowned in August, and even go in detail about her goals as the Miss Virginia Jr. Teen 2023.
